1. Has SATAC 2026 registration restarted?

Yes. Registration for SATAC 2026 has restarted, and the early bird offer has been extended until 30 April 2026.

2. How does the registration process work?

Participants first register using their email address and the required details. After completing the registration, they will receive a registration confirmation email from District 79. A payment link will follow. Once payment is completed, they will receive a payment confirmation email from District 79.

3. What are the registration fee categories?

Single Registration — Regular: SAR 300 · Early Bird: SAR 240

4. Do Gavelier contestants need to pay the SATAC registration fee?

A Gavelier contestant may attend free of charge only if at least one parent is registered. If no parent is registered, the Gavelier contestant must pay the full Single Registration fee.

5. What details should be entered for a Gavelier contestant during registration?

The registration form includes a provision to enter the details of the Gavelier contestant, the name(s) of the registered parent(s), and any accompanying sibling(s) — whether above or below the age of 12.

6. Do parents, siblings, and other accompanying persons need to register?

Yes. The SATAC fee is applicable to all attendees other than a Gavelier contestant attending under the parent-registered condition. This includes parents, siblings, and other accompanying persons.

7. Is there any discount for accompanying children below 12 years?

Yes. Any accompanying sibling or other attendee below 12 years of age is eligible for a 25% discount on the Student Registration Fee.
